I'm Hanna, and I'm so glad you're here. Therapy is a relational process, and life is undeniably hard and complicated. I will never tell you to "lay back on the couch and tell me about your problems." I will meet you where you're at (likely with a coffee cup in my hand), and we will chat—human to human.

While I’m a therapist, I’m also a person- someone with feelings, insecurities, fears, strengths, flaws, failures and successes. Just like my clients, I know what it feels like to want to be heard, valued , understood and loved."

At the heart of my approach is the belief that you don’t need to show up perfectly to deserve support. My goal is to create a space that feels genuine, warm, safe and deeply human- because therapy was never meant to be one-size-fits all.
